ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Please be advised that you must meet the following eligibility requirements in order to be considered to participate in the television project currently entitled “Taste of Paradise” (the “Program”):
• You must be at least fifty-five (55) years of age as of the date this application is submitted.
• Must be available to film in 2024.
• You must be a legal US resident.
• You must not now be a candidate for public office and must agree not to become a candidate for public office until one (1) year after the initial broadcast or other exhibition of the final episode of the Program in which you appear, if selected as a participant.
• Any offer to become a participant may be subject to or conditioned upon your submission to a background check. In addition, any offer to become a participant may be subject to or conditioned upon your submission of medical information to production, and the certification of medical professionals that you meet all physical requirements.
• To accept an invitation to be a participant, you must timely complete and return the Participant Agreement, and all exhibits, schedules and attachments thereto that will be furnished to you by the Producer and will include, among other things, release forms and waivers for review and signature by you.
• If you are selected as a potential participant you must execute any and all waivers and release agreements required by Producer or any of their licensees, successors or assigns.
• The foregoing eligibility requirements may be amended, revised or changed at any time and in any fashion in Producer’s sole discretion.
All eligibility determinations shall be made by Producer in its sole discretion and are final and binding in all respects. Producer reserves the right to add to or modify the eligibility requirements at any time.
In addition, Producer reserves the right at any time to render ineligible any person who Producer determines, in its sole discretion, is sufficiently connected with the producer of the Program (“Producer”), the exhibiting network of the Program (“Network”) and/or the development, production, administration, exhibition, distribution or other exploitation of the Program such that his or her participation in the Program could create the appearance of impropriety.
Conversely, you acknowledge that Producer and/or the Network has the sole discretion to allow any person to remain part of the Program who may be acquainted with a person or entity connected with the production and/or administration of the Program if, in Producer’s and/or the Network’s sole discretion, Producer and/or the Network determines that such person’s involvement in the Program does not and will not affect the integrity of the Program. Such decisions shall be final and are not subject to challenge or appeal.
You acknowledge and agree that Producer has no obligation to you whatsoever (even if you meet all of the eligibility requirements), and if Producer selects you for further consideration in the participant selection process, you will complete and execute any and all further agreements requested by Producer and/or Network (collectively “Participant Agreements”). You acknowledge and agree that unless and until you execute such Participant Agreements, Producer will not consider you as a possible participant for the Program.
